Ordering

How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select the vase you love, choose the quantity, and click "Add to Cart". When ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete payment via Stripe. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us at support@getvases.com as soon as possible. We can modify or cancel orders that haven't entered production yet.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $65 qualify for free shipping. Standard shipping is $15 for orders below the threshold.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and email.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition. See our Return Policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@getvases.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Product Care

How do I care for my vase?
Our PLA vases are durable but should be kept away from extreme heat (above 60°C/140°F). Clean with a soft, damp cloth. They are not waterproof by default — use a glass insert for fresh flowers. For detailed care instructions, visit our Care Guide.
Are your vases waterproof?
Our vases are designed primarily as decorative pieces. While they can hold dried flowers and arrangements, we recommend using a glass insert if you'd like to use them with fresh flowers and water.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Contact us at support@getvases.com with your vision — custom colors, sizes, or designs. We'll work with you to bring your idea to life.
